The majority of our products are printed in CMYK mode. Unless your project requires specialty Pantone Inks, we ask that you submit everything in CMYK print colors and not RGB web colors.
All of our products are printed at or above 300 DPI. Please submit your file at 300 DPI unless you're submitting artwork for Roll Labels. We can print at a minimum of 150 DPI, but it is not recommended.
Business cards and stationary require at least 0.125" of bleed while most large scale items require 0.5". Please see each items description or our printing FAQ pages for proper bleed requirements.
We accept a variety of file types including: .ai, .psd, .pdf, .eps, .jpg, .png & more. For best quality and proper setup we prefer you to submit your artwork as a layered .ai or .pdf and include any fonts.
Before submitting artwork, you should either flatten your fonts into objects or include them with your files to ensure the proper font style is incorporated. Failing to do so, may cause unwanted results.
It's necessary to submit your artwork without crop marks to ensure they are not included in the printing process. Otherwise, you may be at risk of having crop marks & unnecessary objects printed.
